Richard Kendall is a
Sergeant with a Massachusetts Police Department and is
the lead instructor for The Street Training Consulting
Group. He has Just completed his Juris Doctor and will be taking the bar in
February of 2008. Additionally, he has a Masters Degree in Criminal
Justice and a Bachelor's in Physical Education with
a concentration in Sports Medicine.
Sergeant Kendall has been a police
officer for twenty years and an Emergency Medical Technician for
over twenty-five years. Recently, he completed a course in
"Investigating Drug Crimes" conducted by Dr. Henry Lee and
the staff at the Henry Lee Institute of Forensic Science.
He annually trains hundreds of police
officers, EMS personnel, firefighters, teachers, students, and
parents in the dangers, signs and symptoms, manufacturing and
packaging of "Street and Designer Drugs". He regularly
teaches throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. He
has taught for The Bermuda Police Department and The Police
Department of the Bahamas. His background in EMS and Law Enforcement
allows him to present his material in a multi-dimensional fashion. He
is scheduled to lecture over the next several months at a host of
international conferences. He
